All WINGKOK & ROYSDIUM products are guaranteed against manufacturer’s defects in material & workmanship for a period of (12) months from the date of purchase.

All ENAMEL PORCELAIN White Board surface are guaranteed against stains & marks caused by the use of standard non-permanent white board markers for a period of (60) months from the date of purchase.

All Chalk Board surface are guaranteed against stains & marks caused by the use of standard non-permanent writing instruments for a period of (60) months from the date of purchase.

All Black Marker Board surface are guaranteed against stains & marks caused by the use of standard non-permanent writing instruments for a period of (60) months from the date of purchase.

All White Board surface are guaranteed against stains & marks caused by the use of standard white board markers for a period of (24) months from date of purchase.

This warranty will also be deemed VOID under the following circumstances:

• Warranty identification is not stuck on the product or such warranty identification has been tampered with, is lost or torn.
• Any damage caused by any misuse, negligence, abuse, mistreatment, loss and/ or other calamities whether as a result of an Act of Gods, wilful default, negligence or any use otherwise than in accordance with instructions provided.
• Normal wear & tear.
